Article 45 (Supervision of Liquidation)

In those situations where a bank has been dissolved, the court, together with examining the liquidation procedures of the said company which had been a bank and the condition of the assets, can order the said company to deposit the assets and can make such other orders necessary for the supervision of the liquidation.
