Article 44 (Appointment of Liquidators)
When a bank has been dissolved based on the cancellation of the license of the Minister of Finance of Article 4, Paragraph 1, the court shall appoint a liquidator at the request of an interested party in the company or the Minister of Finance, or by virtue of its own office. The same shall apply concerning the dismissal of the liquidator.
2. Excluding the situations of the previous Paragraph, the court can dismiss the liquidator based on the request of interested party in the company or the Minister of Finance, or in virtue of its own office. In this situation, the court can appoint a liquidator.
