Article 42 (Those Regarded as Banks in Those Situations of Cancellation, etc. of License)

In those situations where the license of the bank from the Minister of Finance of Article 4, Paragraph 1, has been cancelled based on the provisions of Article 27 or Article 28, or where the said license has lost its effectiveness based on the provisions of the previous Article, the company that was a bank, shall be regarded as a bank concerning the application of the provisions of Article 36, Article 38 and Article 46, Paragraph 1.
