Article 39 (Validity of the Provisions of the Articles of Incorporation on the Reasons for Dissolution)

Banks will not be dissolved based on the reasons listed in Article 94 (Reasons for Dissolution), Item 1 of the Commercial Code, regardless of the provisions of the Article 404 (Reasons for Dissolution ) of the Commercial Code.
