Article 38 (Public Announcement, etc., of the Quitting of Business)

A bank that has received the authorization of Paragraph 1 of the previous Article, in accordance with Cabinet Order, must, together with immediately making public announcement of the particulars thereof and the substance of the matters which received the said approval, for a period of not less than one month, display a notification thereof in a place easily noticed by the public at all of its places of business and representative offices.
