Article 36 (Public Announcements of Business Transfers)
When a bank has transferred its business in total or in part, it must make a public announcement to that effect without delay.
2. When there has been a public announcement based on the provisions of the previous Paragraph, the notice to the obligors of the bank which made the said notice by written document bearing an authenticated date based on the provisions of Article 467 (Requirements for Opposition to Transfers of Claims) of the Civil Code (Law No.99, 1890) shall be regarded as having been made. In this situation, the date of the said public announcement shall be the authenticated date.
