Article 64
When representatives of a corporation (including representatives or administrators of organizations, not corporations. Hereinafter in this Paragraph, the same), or an agent, employee, or other operator engaged by a juridical or natural person committed an act violating any of the three previous Articles, in regard to the business or property of such a juridical or natural principal, in addition to punishing the perpetrator, the juridical or natural principal shall be liable to the punishments specified in each Article.
2. When there is going to be a punishment for the organization other than a corporation, based on the provisions of the previous Paragraph, its representative or administrator shall represent such an organization for the purpose of legal proceedings, and the provisions of the laws governing criminal action shall apply mutatis mutandis against it as a corporation.
