Article 63.

Parties falling under any of the following items, shall be fined up to 500,000 yen.

1. Parties who do not file the midterm business report or the annual business report based on the provisions of Article 19, or files these documents, but in these documents fail to enter important matters, or make false entries concerning important matters

2. Parties failing to file the reports or data based on the provisions of Article 24, Paragraph 1 (including those situations which apply mutatis mutandis in Article 23, Paragraph 3), or Article 24, Paragraph 2, or filed false reports or data.

3. Parties who do not give answers to the questions of the officials based on the provisions of Article 25, Paragraph 1, (including those situations which apply mutatis mutandis in Article 43, Paragraph 3, and Article 46, Paragraph 3), or Article 25, Paragraph 2, or gives a false answer, or refuses the inspection based on these provisions, or avoids it or flees.

4. Parties violated Orders based on the provisions of Article 43, Paragraph 1 (including those situations which apply mutatis mutandis in Article 43, Paragraph 2), or Article 45.

5. Parties refusing the inspection based on the provisions of Article 45, or avoids the inspection, or flees.
