Parties who violate the conditions attached based on the provisions of Article 4, Paragraph 4, or who violated the order to stop business in total, or in part, based on the provisions of Article 26, Paragraph 1, or Article 27, shall serve a prison sentence of one year or less, or be fined up to one million yen
