CHAPTER 9. PENALTIES

Article 61. Penalties

Parties who engage in the banking business without the license of the Minister of Finance of Article 4, Paragraph 1, shall serve a prison term of up to 3 years, or pay a fine of up to 3 million yen, or a combination of these.
