Article 14-2. Securing Healthy Operations.

The Minister of Finance can, in order to make for healthy operations in the banking business, determine standards in order to judge whether in view of the assets, etc. that the bank holds, the conditions of the completeness of the bank's own capital are suitable or not, and other matters of healthy operation.
