Article 11

In addition to conducting the business based on the provisions of the previous Paragraph, banks can handle any of the businesses (excluding the conducting of business based on the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the previous Article of this Law)carrying out the actions provided in any of the Items of Article 65, Paragraph 2 (Special Cases of Securities Business of Financial Institutions) of the Securities Exchange Law concerning any of the securities listed in any of the Items of the same Paragraph to the extent that it does not interfere with the performance of the businesses listed in each of the Items of Paragraph 1 of the previous Article of this Law.
